# How to Create an AI Recruiter

### Step by Step Guide&#x20;

**Step 1** - Click AI Recruiters" Tab

**Step 2** - Click "New Recruiter" Button in the top right hand corner.

**Step 3** - Enter all the field details, and you are ready to copy & paste your company signature and tailor it to your AI recruiter.

If you copy and paste it, and there are 'spacing' issues - toggle 'Styles' to normal.

<mark style="color:red;">Important: Images/company logos with links will not be copied over, they use proprietary HTML tags from Microsoft, you will be turn the images into PNGS, the easiest way to do this is 'SNIPPING TOOL' the signature image into a PNG.</mark>

Delete any broken 'linked' images/company logos and paste back in a PNG of the images/company logos & adjust any spacing.

**Step 4** - Final step is to click "Add a new recruiter".
