How to Create an AI Recruiter

It covers how to copy and paste your existing email signature, adjust formatting, and handle image/logo issues to ensure your AI recruiter's communications are professionally tailored.

Note: Synaptico has the ability to copy and paste your email signature from your current email client, please note, e-mail signatures should be based on standard HTML.

Copy/Paste from third party applications that place proprietary HTML tags (e.g. Microsoft Word) may cause issues.

Step by Step Guide

Step 1 - Click AI Recruiters" Tab

Step 2 - Click "New Recruiter" Button in the top right hand corner.

Step 3 - Enter all the field details, and you are ready to copy & paste your company signature and tailor it to your AI recruiter.

Important: e-mail signatures should be based on standard HTML. Copy/Paste from third party applications that place proprietary HTML tags (e.g. Microsoft Word) may cause issues.

If you copy and paste it, and there are 'spacing' issues - toggle 'Styles' to normal.

Important: Images/company logos with links will not be copied over, they use proprietary HTML tags from Microsoft, you will be turn the images into PNGS, the easiest way to do this is 'SNIPPING TOOL' the signature image into a PNG.

Delete any broken 'linked' images/company logos and paste back in a PNG of the images/company logos & adjust any spacing.

Step 4 - Final step is to click "Add a new recruiter".

You did it! You now have a new AI recruiter ready to go for your campaigns.
